These terms are the agreement between you and Qualitymax covering qualitymax.org, the patching tool, and the Repulse Quality Pack. By purchasing or using either product you accept them. Please read the refund and licence sections carefully, as they affect your rights.
Zero Compression Method is a recurring subscription giving you access to the online patching tool for as long as the subscription is active. It is billed weekly or monthly depending on the plan you choose, and renews automatically until you cancel.
Repulse Quality Pack is a single purchase of a digital download containing presets, configuration files, project files and written guides. It is delivered as a download link shown on screen and emailed to you immediately after payment.
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Both products are delivered instantly and in full. By completing a purchase you confirm that you want immediate access, that you understand delivery begins right away, and that you waive any right of withdrawal or cancellation once delivery has started.
This applies whether or not you download the files, and whether or not you use the tool. Access to the material is what you are paying for, and that access is granted the moment payment succeeds.
You may cancel a subscription at any time to prevent future charges. Cancelling does not refund a billing period that has already been paid for, and you keep access for the remainder of that period.
If a charge looks wrong to you, contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. Genuine errors, such as an accidental double charge or a failed delivery, will always be corrected.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use what you bought. You may use the tool and the Quality Pack materials to produce your own content, including content you monetise. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying files, presets or guides.
You may not, under any circumstances:
Download links are personal, time limited and usage limited. We monitor for link sharing and account sharing. Where we find redistribution or shared access, we may terminate your licence and revoke access immediately and without refund, and pursue any other remedy available to us. Redistributing the files is a breach of this agreement and an infringement of our copyright.
You keep all rights to the videos you upload. Files are processed and then deleted. We do not retain, view, share or use your footage for any purpose, and we claim no licence over it.
The tool changes how TikTok handles your file on upload. It does not guarantee views, followers, engagement, reach, monetisation or any other outcome. TikTok controls its own platform and may change how uploads are processed at any time, which is outside our control and not a defect in the product.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost footage, lost revenue, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages. Always keep your own backup of any file you upload.
Access is tied to your email address and granted through single use login links that expire. You are responsible for keeping control of that inbox and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your access has been compromised.
We may suspend or terminate access, without refund, for breach of these terms, for fraudulent or abusive use, or for any chargeback raised without first contacting us.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
